The findings of modern science, as it relates to modern meditation technology, is becoming much more relevant as we continue our accelerated meditation programs.
A recent NBC News article highlighted a main point in our accelerated meditation programs, which is how we can use meditation to purposely change our mental habits in regards to handling anxiety and stress.
“…these benefits begin at a molecular level and can change the way our genetic code goes about its business,” says Ivana Buric, Lead investigator from the Brain, Belief and Behaviour Lab in Coventry University’s Centre for Psychology, Behaviour and Achievement. “Put simply, mind-body interventions cause the brain to steer our DNA processes along a path which improves our well-being.”
Hopefully, these types of reports can motivate more people to learn how meditating, and the principals of meditation can be used to better their lives.
